Tuesday 12 December Live @ The Dirty Grind – for Net Neutrality

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today as always there will be plenty of live music for you to enjoy, both at the Dirty Grind and around the grid with the field trips. However, we have a request for the folks in the US – in light of the appalling plans against Net Neutrality in a day and age where internet access has become essential, please call Congress if you are able, or spread the word to those who can. Internet, as well as music, have the unique power to unite us all – I hope all the voices rising against this disgustingly greedy attempt will be heard by those who can stop it.

5 pm Suzen Juel

Suzen is an amazing singer songwriter and one helluva dirty ride! Suzen delivers an incredible show with each of her performances. She has a smooth easy style that makes fans of first time listeners.

6 pm Bat Masters

Bat Masters is a singer-songwriter who tries daily to live by his personal credo “Don’t Suck”, and he definitely succeeds! He’s been playing bass and guitar for decades and has been performing in SL since 2011. His shows are full of silliness and good vibes but also all about connecting with each other and with the music.

7 pm Twostep Spiritweaver

From Blues to Bluegrass, Beatles to Bach, Grateful Dead to Van Morrison and all the music inbetween, Twostep Spiritweaver weaves his way through all of it. He may play 30 minutes of pure blues followed by 30 minutes of sweet ballads and love songs, or he might just start playing to see where the music takes him.
